Your privacy is important to us. It is Cell Squared's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across cellsquared.com.au and other sites we own and operate.
Cell Squared (Arcformm Pty Ltd, ABN 69 627 980 143) handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge. We tell you why we are collecting it and how it will be used.
We collect the name, delivery address, email address, phone number and order details needed to take and send an order, process payment, handle a return or an Australian Consumer Law claim, and send messages you have asked for. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
We only keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the service you asked for, to meet a legal, tax or accounting obligation, or to handle a complaint or return. We protect what we store with commercially reasonable safeguards against loss, theft, and unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish information that identifies you. We disclose it to the service providers who help us run the store and deliver the order, including Shopify, our payment provider, our email platform and the carrier, and where the law requires us to.
Your information is held in Australia. Some of those providers may store or process it overseas in the course of providing their service. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to see that it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
You are free to refuse a request for personal information. If you do, we may be unable to provide some services, including completing an order.
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, by emailing info@cellsquared.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
