Serving & Uses
  • Combine 1.5 Tbsp (10g) with 250ml of water (or your favourite hot or cold drink), & mix thoroughly until dissolved.
  • Best taken in morning, can also be used before exercise or in afternoon/evenings. 
  • Can be consumed up to twice per day for general use.
  • Like all routines, practice & discipline returns the greatest rewards
  • Add to your morning coffee or hot chocolate (cacao powder)
  • Add to smoothies, juices, shakes, soups
  • Mix with freshly squeezed organic orange juice for increased absorption
