Ingredients - Immune Boosting Gummies with Beef Liver Powder
• 2 cups orange juice
• ½ cup filtered water
• 4 Tbsp Cell Squared Gelatin Powder
• 1-2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• A crack of black pepper
• 1 tsp Cell Squared Organic Liver Powder or 6 x Cell Squared Organic Liver Capsules (broken open to access the powder)
• 1-2 Tbsp honey (amount depends on the level of sweetness you like)
Method
1. Mix the gelatin powder + ½ cup water together in a small saucepan and set it aside to bloom for a minute.
2. Add the orange juice, turmeric, ginger, pepper, lemon or lime juice in with the bloomed gelatin.
3. Heat on a low heat and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
4. Off the heat, stir in the liver powder and honey to taste.
5. Pour the mixture into moulds or into a lined container and place into the fridge to set.
6. Slice the gummies into squares, or pop them out of the moulds and enjoy!
7. Store these in a sealed container in the fridge.
Note: you can also add a few gummies into a mug and add boiling water to make an immune supportive tea.
