Lemon Chicken with beef organs powder

Ingredients - Slow Cooked Lemon Garlic Chicken with Beef Organs

  • 6 chicken marylands

  • 2 cups bone broth

  • 10 mushrooms

  • 1 entire bulb of garlic

  • 1 onion

  • 6ish thyme stems (other fresh herbs are also great)

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 2-3 tsp Cell Squared Organic Organs Powder

  • Ghee for cooking




Method - Slow Cooked Lemon Garlic Chicken with Beef Organs


  1. Dice the onion and chop the mushrooms roughly.
  2. Heat some ghee in a frying pan. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Once they’re ready, transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Add some more ghee into the frying pan and add the chopped onion and mushrooms. Sautee for a few minutes until it has some colour, then transfer to the chicken.
  4. Crush or mince the garlic and add it into the chicken, along with the bone broth, thyme, organs powder and lemon juice.
  5. Place in the oven and slow cook for 2.5 - 3 hours on 150°C (or for 3 - 4 hours on 120°C). *The lower the temperature, the longer the cook, but the more tender the result*
  6. Either enjoy this on its own or serve with a creamy potato mash or a simple bed of rice. 

OPTION: If you'd prefer to know how much Certified Organic Organs Powder is getting added into each serve, you can choose to stir this into each individual plate at the end before eating, instead of into the main mix before baking.
